Seeing Stars
After 17 years, the Michelin Guide
is back in Las Vegas, sprinkling its
ratings around town and piquing
everyone’s curiosity about which
stars in the city’s culinary galaxy
warrant Michelin’s recognition.
While only one Las Vegas
restaurant grabbed two stars
(Restaurant de Joël Robuchon),
and three received one star (Guy
Savoy Las Vegas, é by José Andrés,
and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Las
Vegas), there were plenty of
interesting choices at varying price
points on the Bib Gourmand (good
food at moderate prices) and
recommended restaurant lists.

Think tableside guac and siu mai,
and carnitas tacos alongside
20-vegetable fried rice.
Off the Strip, chef Brian

Sparrow + Wolf on Spring
Mountain is a seasonal American
cookery with inventive dishes such
as snapper tostada, rabbit “dan

Lumina lamb. Order à la carte or go
