Dec 13, 2025, nearly 200,000 cowboys and
cosmic cowgirls invade Las Vegas for the
National Finals Rodeo. No matter their
personal agendas, they all must do one thing:
eat. Here’s where to get the view, vibe, and
presentation worthy of rodeo royalty.
The View: There are only a handful of
restaurants in Las Vegas that can claim a
billion-dollar view and Carbone Riviera,
situated around the iconic Fountains of
Bellagio, is one of them. Nothing goes better
with Spicy Lobster Meatballs and Tortellini
Pomodoro than the restaurant’s Riva yacht
and dockside dining, which places you right
in the heart of the waterworks.
BOA Steakhouse
The Vibe: For the cowgirl who loves caviar,
BOA Steakhouse is back at The Grand Canal
Shoppes in the Venetian. The sleek, modern
steakhouse pairs perfectly with rhinestones
and wagyu. Don’t miss the feta baklava or
the signature Caesar salad.
The Presentation: At Papi Steak, the show
starts long before the first bite. The
restaurant’s signature Beefcase—a custom,
gold-lettered briefcase carrying a 55-ounce
tomahawk steak—is presented tableside with
full red-carpet theatrics. Flashes go off,
music swells, and the sizzling steak is
unveiled like treasure. It’s pure Papi
